Tanya Williams, Principal Solicitor is an experienced Court advocate having been previously employed by the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions where she appeared weekly in the District Court of Queensland on sentences ranging from fraud matters, rape and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. Tanya was later admitted as a Barrister and appeared in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia on family law matters and the District Court of Queensland on trials and sentences.
Tanya appears frequently in the Magistrates Court of Queensland on applications for Restricted work licences, Special hardship licences and other summary offences.
